Terms for creating and using images

By accessing or using Gender Swap AI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

Gender Swap AI creates images from text prompts and edits uploaded photos using your instructions and optional reference images. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service. We do not guarantee that the service or any result will always be available, accurate, unique, or unchanged.

Some parts of the service may allow or require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in method, and telling us promptly about unauthorized use. You may not use another person's account without permission.

Gender Swap AI offers one-time credit packs and monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel renewal in the credit balance panel. Your paid period remains available after cancellation. Prices, credits, seller and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

One-time credits never expire. Monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period without rollover and are spent before permanent credits. Failed generations return credits to their original source only while that period remains valid.

You keep your rights in the photos, prompts, reference materials, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to let us process it.

You give Gender Swap AI and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process your inputs only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and enforce the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Gender Swap AI does not claim ownership of the generated result returned to you. You may use a result for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any rights in the materials you supplied.

AI systems can produce similar results for different people and can reproduce or alter details unexpectedly. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, copyrightable, accurate, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing a result before publishing, selling, or relying on it.

Generating an image does not give us permission to publish it. Gallery submissions are separate and must identify a public source and the creator. Submit only content you have the right to share. Listed creators keep their rights. We can review, decline or remove a listing; contact support through the feedback form for corrections or removal.

Generated images can contain invented or inaccurate details. They are not evidence of real events, a guarantee of appearance or product performance, technical specifications, or professional advice.

Before publishing, selling, or relying on an image, review its details, the rights and permissions involved, and any claims you make about it. Verify product features, dimensions, and safety requirements independently where relevant. You are responsible for decisions and work based on a result.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade safeguards or limits, or submit or generate content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or preserve and report information when reasonably needed to address misuse, protect people or the service, or comply with law.

The service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, AI generation, payments, security, and analytics. Their availability and processing can affect Gender Swap AI. References or links to third-party products do not imply endorsement or partnership.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gender Swap AI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits apply only where permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@genderswapai.com.
